AMIVI SALON wants to ensure that you have relaxing and enjoyable experiences at our establishment. Services are available by Appointment and Walk Ins are welcome. We are open Monday – Saturday from 9AM – 6PM and Sunday by appointment only. Our phone lines are open for calls between 8AM and 8:30PM every day. Please leave us a detailed message and we will call back as soon as possible. All inquiries before and after business hours will be handled the next business day. All calls, texts and emails are returned within 24 hours.

▪ Once you sign-in, you can leave the salon. However, please note that you MUST return by the time your name is called, otherwise you will lose your spot and you will need to sign-in again.

▪ We require all customers to pay for your services prior to or at the time of your appointment.

▪ If you are under the age of 18, you MUST be accompanied with a parent or legal guardian to approve your service.

▪ You MUST pay full service when you are braided, and you want to leave the shop.

▪ You need to NOTIFY our staff of any medical conditions that can affect your service.

▪ Inappropriate language or behavior is PROHIBITED.

▪ No pets allowed unless is medical assistant pet. Proof MUST be provided.

▪ Customers who are not willing to sign and accept our Salon policies will not be serviced. AMIVI SALON reserves the right to refuse service to anyone who does not comply.
